Our current Canadian service area is Calgary and the province of Alberta. Availability depends on the route, enabled services and local drivers. Enter your pickup and destination for a price estimate; contact JamDash if you need to confirm a specific route. USA services have their own regional pages and availability.
How much does delivery cost?

How quickly can something be delivered?
Timing depends on the pickup and destination, the requested time, delivery details, and nearby driver availability. You can review the available timing before confirming your request.
Can I schedule a delivery?
Yes. Where scheduling is available, you can choose a later date and time instead of requesting delivery right away.
Can businesses book multiple deliveries?
Yes. Business accounts can create individual deliveries and, where enabled, organize bulk or multi-stop delivery routes.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Delivery status updates appear in JamDash, and supported deliveries include live progress and proof of delivery.
Who are the drivers?
Deliveries are completed by independent local drivers who apply through JamDash and must satisfy the approval, document, vehicle, and background-check requirements for their region.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Open the delivery in your account and contact support from that order so the JamDash team can review the correct delivery details and help resolve the issue.
Are there prohibited items?
Yes. Illegal goods, weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, live animals, cash, stolen or counterfeit goods, and other restricted items cannot be sent. The full list is available on the Customers page.
